The private tour at Liotrivi Organic Estate for up to 6 people offers a hands-on experience focused on local agriculture, traditional cultivation practices, and the unique cuisine of Monemvasia. The tour lasts 2 to 2.5 hours and includes: a guided tour of the estate with insights into olive tree cultivation, a visit to the old olive press and museum where you’ll learn about traditional extra virgin olive oil production, and the history of the mansion. Guests will enjoy tastings of 4 of the estate’s best wines, 7 varieties of olive oil, and 3 types of edible olives.
