Can I ask? Questions from our clients

Question: “What’s the most underrated destination in Greece that more people should visit?”
Reply: “Meteora is incredible! The monasteries on top of towering rock formations are breathtaking, and the views are just stunning.”

Question: “If you could only visit one Greek island, which would it be and why?”
Reply: “I’d pick Crete. It has everything—beautiful beaches, amazing food, and so much history, like the Palace of Knossos.”

Question: “When is the best time of year to visit Greece?”
Reply: “I’d recommend late September. The weather is still warm, but the summer crowds have mostly gone, making it perfect for exploring.”

Question: “What’s one cultural experience in Greece that you think everyone should try?”
Reply: “Attending a traditional Greek dance performance is unforgettable. It’s such a fun way to experience the music and energy of Greek culture.”

Question: “What’s the best souvenir you’ve brought back from Greece?”
Reply: “I picked up some handmade olive wood products and local honey from a market in Crete. They make great gifts and remind me of my trip every time I use them.

Question: “How safe did you feel while traveling in Greece, especially as a solo traveler?”
Reply: “I felt really safe, even while traveling alone. The locals were friendly, and most areas I visited, including Athens, felt secure.”

Question: “What’s your favorite Greek myth, and did you visit any related sites in Greece?”
Reply: “I’m fascinated by the story of Theseus and the Minotaur, so visiting the ruins of Knossos in Crete, where the myth of the Labyrinth took place, was surreal.

The ideal times to visit Greece are late spring (May) and fall (September to October). During these months, the weather is pleasantly mild, with minimal rain and fewer crowds, except for holiday weekends.

In contrast, winter (late October through mid-March) brings colder temperatures and some rainfall. Many attractions may close during the lunch hours, and tourist information offices operate on shorter schedules. Additionally, certain tourist activities may not be available at this time. Many hotels and restaurants shut down, and inclement weather can lead to delays or cancellations of ferry services.

Thats why on winter period we mostly propose to our guests to visit mainland
