This tour takes you on a scenic drive around the island, offering stunning views of the Aegean Sea and nearby islands. The highlight is a visit to the 1000-year-old Monastery of Chozoviotissa, perched 300 meters above the sea in the cliffs.
This tour takes you on a scenic drive around the island, offering stunning views of the Aegean Sea and nearby islands. The highlight is a visit to the 1000-year-old Monastery of Chozoviotissa, perched 300 meters above the sea in the cliffs.
This tour takes you on a scenic drive around the island, offering stunning views of the Aegean Sea and nearby islands. The highlight is a visit to the 1000-year-old Monastery of Chozoviotissa, perched 300 meters above the sea in the cliffs. We will also explore the Byzantine Convent of St. George Valsamitis, built on the ruins of an ancient water oracle.
Depending on where we start, the tour will include:
- From Aegiali: Chora, botanical park visit, Katapola.
- From Katapola: Chora, Langada, Aegiali.
- From Chora: Katapola, Langada, Aegiali.
During the summer, the botanical park visit is replaced by a swim at Mouros. Tours starting from Katapola or Chora will include a swim in Aegiali.
