They wandered its quiet alleys before heading to a wine museum built underground, where they tasted bold, volcanic wines in a setting like no other. The highlight of the night was a Caldera-view dinner, where they toasted with cocktails and watched the sky blush pink and gold as the sun disappeared behind the cliffs.
