Next, you’ll continue your exploration into the world of Santorini’s wine-making at a one-of-a-kind, underground “labyrinth” wine museum. Located eight meters below the earth’s surface, this unique cave offers you a chance to taste local wines while learning about Santorini’s long-standing winemaking traditions.

Your journey then takes you on a scenic hike along the picturesque cobbled streets, framed by dry stone walls, to reach Santorini’s first organic black currant vineyard. Here, you’ll walk among local herbs such as caper and thyme, and depending on the season, you may even have the chance to pick and taste them yourself. You’ll also discover the stages of organic herb production in a fascinating cave visit.
