Athens- Mykonos-Santorini 8Days

Day 1 – Arrival in Athens

Arrive at Athens International Airport, where you’ll be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. You’ll have the rest of the day free to explore Athens at your own pace, or you can choose to join our Athens City Tour.

Athens City Tour Highlights:

• Panathenaic Stadium: See the site where the first modern Olympic Games were held in 1896.
• Temple of Olympian Zeus & Hadrian’s Arch
• Parliament Building and Syntagma Square
• The Acropolis: Visit the Parthenon, Temple of Athena Nike, Erechtheion, and Propylaea – the crowning achievements of ancient Greek architecture.
• Acropolis Museum: Explore the treasures of the Golden Age of Athens, with exhibits of ancient sculptures and artifacts.

Day 2 – Cape Sounion & Temple of Poseidon

Take a scenic drive along the stunning Athens Riviera. Pass through the beautiful coastal towns of Glyfada, Vouliagmeni, and Varkiza, heading to the southernmost point of Attica, Cape Sounion.

At Sounion, visit the Temple of Poseidon, a striking white marble structure with panoramic views of the Saronic Gulf. After the visit, enjoy free time to walk along the promontory or relax by the sea before returning to Athens.

Day 3 – Transfer to Mykonos

After breakfast, transfer from your Athens hotel to the port or airport for your ferry or flight to Mykonos. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Take time to explore the charming streets of Mykonos Town, famous for its winding alleys, iconic windmills, and vibrant nightlife.

Day 4 – Rhenia & Delos Cruise

Set sail for a day of exploration on the Rhenia-Delos Cruise. Discover two of the most famous islands in the Cyclades – Rhenia and Delos.

• Rhenia Island: Swim in the crystal-clear waters, relax on secluded beaches, and enjoy the peace of this uninhabited island.
• Lunch on board: Indulge in a delicious BBQ meal with souvlaki (chicken or pork), Greek salad, tzatziki, rice, and seasonal fruit.
• Delos Island: Explore the ancient archaeological site, the birthplace of Apollo and Artemis, and one of Greece’s most significant archaeological locations (entrance fee not included). If you prefer, you can skip Delos and relax on another beach nearby.

Return to Mykonos in the afternoon with unforgettable memories from this day at sea.

Day 5 – Transfer to Santorini

After breakfast, transfer to the port for your ferry to Santorini. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel, where you can spend the day at leisure. Enjoy the stunning caldera views or visit the charming towns of Fira or Oia, famous for their whitewashed buildings and incredible sunsets.

Day 6 – Santorini Volcano & Hot Springs Tour

Embark on a boat tour to the Nea Kameni Volcano and the Palea Kameni Hot Springs. The excursion departs from Fira’s Old Port.

• Volcano Tour: After a 20-minute boat ride, you’ll reach Nea Kameni, an active volcanic island. Walk up to the crater and learn about the geology and history of Santorini’s volcanic eruptions.
• Hot Springs: After the volcano, head to Palea Kameni, where you can take a rejuvenating dip in the thermal hot springs. The waters are rich in minerals, providing a natural remedy for relaxation.

After the tour, you’ll return to Fira. (Please note: There is an additional 6€ charge for the cable car or donkey ride to reach the Old Port).

Day 7 – Transfer to Athens

After breakfast, you’ll transfer from your hotel to the port or airport for your return journey to Athens. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your Athens hotel. You’ll have the rest of the day to relax, shop, or explore more of Athens before your departure.

Day 8 – Departure from Athens

After breakfast, transfer from your hotel to Athens International Airport for your flight home, concluding your unforgettable journey through Greece.
