Day 1: Arrival in Athens
Arrive at Athens Airport (Eleftherios Venizelos), where you will be met and transferred to your 3-star Athens hotel for your overnight stay with breakfast. Spend the rest of the day at leisure to relax or start exploring the city on your own.
Day 2: Athens – Corinth Canal – Epidaurus – Nafplion
After breakfast, depart from Athens on a scenic drive along the coastal road to the Corinth Canal for a brief stop to admire this engineering marvel. Continue your journey to the ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, renowned for its incredible acoustics and preserved beauty. Then head to Nafplion, a picturesque town in the Peloponnese, where you’ll have the afternoon free to explore at your leisure. Enjoy a traditional dinner before heading back to your hotel for the night.

Day 3: Nafplion – Mycenae – Olympia
After a free morning, you’ll depart around midday for Mycenae, the legendary site of King Agamemnon’s Tomb and a key archaeological treasure of ancient Greece. After the visit, continue your journey through the scenic landscapes of Central Peloponnese, passing through Tripoli and Megalopolis as you make your way to Olympia, the birthplace of the Olympic Games. Enjoy an evening dinner in Olympia.

Day 4: Olympia – Delphi
After breakfast, visit the Archaeological Site of Olympia, including the Sanctuary of Olympian Zeus, the Ancient Stadium, and the Olympic Museum. Then, drive through the plains of Ilia and Achaia, passing over the impressive Rio–Antirio Bridge, which crosses the Corinthian Gulf. Continue through the picturesque towns of Naupactus (Lepanto) and Itea, before arriving in Delphi, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Enjoy the evening at leisure in Delphi.

Day 5: Delphi – Kalambaka (Meteora)
After breakfast, visit the Archaeological Site of Delphi and the Delphi Archaeological Museum. Then depart for Kalambaka, a charming town located at the base of the Meteora rock formations, renowned for its spectacular monasteries perched atop towering cliffs. Arrive in Kalambaka for your overnight stay.

Day 6: Meteora Monasteries – Return to Athens
Today, visit the Meteora Monasteries, where you’ll explore the breathtaking Byzantine monasteries suspended atop massive rock formations. The panoramic views and the rich history of these monasteries, some of which date back to the 14th century, are truly unforgettable. After your visit, return to Athens, passing through Trikala, Lamia, and Thermopylae, where you’ll have a brief stop to see the Leonidas Monument. Arrive back in Athens in the evening.

Day 7: Athens City Tour & Acropolis Museum
After breakfast, enjoy a half-day Athens City Sightseeing Tour. Begin with a visit to the Panathenaic Stadium, the site of the first modern Olympics in 1896. Continue past landmarks like the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament, and the Memorial to the Unknown Soldier. At Syntagma Square, marvel at the grand Academy, University, and National Library. Visit the Acropolis to explore masterpieces from Athens’ Golden Age, including the Parthenon, the Propylaea, and the Temple of Athena Nike. Afterward, visit the New Acropolis Museum, which houses the remarkable artifacts and sculptures that once adorned the Acropolis.

Day 8: Free Day in Athens
Enjoy a free day to explore Athens at your own pace. Stroll through the charming neighborhoods of Plaka and Monastiraki, shop for souvenirs in the lively markets, or enjoy the many cafes and restaurants in the heart of the city. If you prefer, visit additional museums or archaeological sites, such as the National Archaeological Museum or Mount Lycabettus for panoramic views of Athens.

Day 9: Departure from Athens
After breakfast, transfer to Athens Airport for your return flight home, with a lifetime of memories from your Greek adventure.
