8 Days Athens-Santorini-Heraklion

Day 1 – Arrival in Athens

Upon your arrival in Athens, our assistant will be waiting to greet you at the airport. They will answer any questions you may have. Next, your personal driver will take you to your hotel for check-in. You can then enjoy some well-deserved rest. In the afternoon, go on a food tour and enjoy the local delicacies.

Day 2 – Athens Half-Day Sightseeing Tour

After a delicious breakfast, you’ll embark on a half-day sightseeing tour. This tour is a must for any first-time visitor to Athens. It will introduce you to the city’s most iconic sites, such as the Academy of Athens, the Greek Parliament, and Hadrian’s Arch. You’ll also see the traditional Evzonoi guards. Of course, no visit is complete without a trip to the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum. Your tour will end at this awe-inspiring site.

Day 3 – Arrival in Santorini

After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the port or airport for your journey to Santorini. As the island approaches, prepare for breathtaking views of Fira. It is perched on the edge of a cliff, overlooking the turquoise waters of the caldera. Upon arrival, your driver will meet you at the port and take you to your hotel. Afterward, you can unwind and begin exploring the island at your own pace.

Day 4 – Explore Santorini

Santorini’s dramatic beauty will captivate you at every turn. Discover the quintessential sights Santorini with this exceptional excursion, designed to showcase both iconic and hidden gems the island. This journey includes traditional villages, panoramic viewpoints, and the distinctive Black Beach, culminating in an unparalleled wine tasting experience.

Day 5 – Santorini

Spend your day relaxing on the southern beaches—Vlychada, Red Beach, and Black Beach. Alternatively, immerse yourself in history at the ancient Minoan settlement of Akrotiri. Later, head to Fira or Oia to sample local delicacies, accompanied by Santorini’s famed wines. For a truly unforgettable experience, consider a sunset sailing tour.

Day 6 – Arrival in Crete

You’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight to Crete (with short stop over in Athens). Upon arrival in Heraklion, the island’s largest city, your driver will take you to your hotel. With Heraklion’s vibrant food scene nearby, dive straight into a culinary adventure. Indulge in a meal at a local taverna and visit the Minoan Palace of Knossos, your Crete experience will begin on an exciting note!

Day 7 – Heraklion Olive farm Tour

Start your day in Heraklion with a delicious Cretan breakfast before heading to an olive farm just outside the city. On the farm, you’ll enjoy a guided tour of the olive groves, learning about the olive cultivation process and sampling high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Afterward, indulge in a wine tasting featuring local Cretan wines, paired with traditional snacks. In the afternoon, return to Heraklion feel free to relax or to explore the city.

Day 8 – Departure from Athens

After your memorable Greek adventure, our assistant will meet you at your hotel. They will transfer you to Heraklion Airport for your departure flight.
