2 Days Delphi – Meteora

Day 1: Athens – Delphi – Kalambaka
Depart from Athens for Delphi, driving through the historic towns of Thebes and Levadia, and the charming village of Arachova, nestled on the slopes of Mount Parnassus. Arrive in Delphi and visit the renowned Archaeological Site, home to the ancient Oracle of Apollo. After the visit, continue your journey to Kalambaka, passing through picturesque villages and towns of Central Greece. Enjoy dinner and overnight in Kalambaka.

Day 2: Kalambaka – Meteora – Athens
In the morning, visit the awe-inspiring Meteora, where ancient monasteries, perched atop massive rock formations, offer a breathtaking view and hold priceless historical and religious treasures. Afterward, return to Athens, passing through Trikala, Lamia, and Thermopylae, where you’ll stop briefly to view the famous monument to King Leonidas. Arrive in Athens early in the evening.

Important Notes:

• The visit to the Archaeological Museum in Delphi is not included in the tour.
• For the visit to the monasteries, ladies are required to wear skirts, and gentlemen should wear long trousers.
• Clients staying along the coast will be dropped off at their hotels from the G.O.TOURS terminal around 7:30 PM.
